Seasonal Resident Services
Indian River Residential provides the following services for
seasonal residents:
- Seasonal opening and closing of home.
- Storm preparation (hurricane shutters) and recovery.
- Meet and provide access to third party service providers (internet, TV, etc.)
- Receive deliveries:
- Furniture inspect and place according to owner instruction.
- Automobiles shipped in for season.
- Any deliveries required to accommodate owner needs.
- Interior / exterior inspections.
- Trash can management (out/in).
- Mail forwarding.
- Report to owner by e‐mail including pictures and video provides
peace of mind.
