Indian River Residential was formed by folks that felt driving across the bridge to our wonderful coastal community shouldn’t mean double the price when it comes to quality residential services or repairs. We live on the island! ‐ When we first purchased our home on Orchid Island we immediately had a need for someone to receive furniture deliveries, coordinate minor repairs, install flat screen TVs, coordinate TV, Internet & phone installation, etc. because it was a seasonal home. Flying or driving to Vero Beach to meet a contractor wasn’t an option! It was after several failed attempts to find a qualified, trustworthy party who was responsive and reasonably priced that the idea for Indian River Residential was conceived. Our goal is to exceed your expectations!
