Interior and Exterior Inspections
- Exterior inspections:
- Ensure service vendors (gardener, pool, pest control, etc.) are maintaining property properly.
- Storm damage.
- Pests.
- Sprinkler system (leaks / browning of lawn & landscaping).
- Security – evidence of break‐in, gates, doors secure and security systems active.
- Provide access to and coordinate with alarm monitoring service / security provider.
- Interior inspections:
- AC / heat /filers.
- Signs of pest infiltration.
- Room / window / door security check.
- Run water into sink drains to fill traps and eliminate odors.
- Security / lighting systems check.
- Report to owner by e‐mail including pictures and video provides
peace of mind.
