You may be a homeowner planning a renovation or construction project. Due to various circumstances or geographical limitations you may not be able to oversee the project. Construction projects both large and small initially require multiple visits to the property by various contractors and(or) architects who need to get onto the property and into the home to examine the exiting construction, take measurements, etc…which will allow the project design team to complete the design and allows the contractors to establish proper pricing for the project. While these home visits are necessary they can be a real burden on the already busy homeowner, and especially if the homeowner does not live in the area full time. With our service we can coordinate with the various parties involved and meet them onsite. This will ensure the property and home are being cared for and watched over during the times people need to be there. Once a project at your home is underway it is expected the contractor you select has a competent and watchful supervisor onsite at all times to ensure the home and property are safe from damage and possible theft, however that is not always the case. We can provide field personnel that can stop by the project site during the day to see that work is being done in a careful way as to not disturb other portions of the house or property unnecessarily. We can check to see the contractor has set up suitable dust barriers to keep construction dust and debris from spreading throughout the entire home. We can also send someone by the house after the workers have left and can provide the homeowner with photographs of the work progress and double check to ensure all doors and windows have been secured.
