Our goal is to become your first thought when you have a need at your property you cannot attend to while away. To make that goal a reality we offer hourly rates for nearly anything you need. Below is a small list of some of the services we can provide.
- Meet anyone at your property anytime you cannot be there. Ensure the property and home are safe while they are there and locked up securely when they leave.
- Coordination and oversight of home repair/maintenance projects.
- Accept delivery of new appliances or removal of old ones.
- Accept delivery of new furniture or removal of old.
- Accept delivery of vehicles or coordinate transport of vehicle to another location.
- Coordinate scheduling of lawn care services, pool maintenance services….etc.
- Perhaps you just purchased a new home and need some of the previous owners items removed. We can do that.
- Perhaps you need some minor repairs or work completed to your home. We can review the work you want completed and provide a quote.
- Expecting an important delivery or package. We can arrange to have it brought inside and stored at your home, or can forward delivery of it to another location of your choice.
